Description

Achieve monthly sales targets coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume & revenue.
Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on time credit realization.
Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage crop health and provide medication if necessary.
Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the management timely.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculure or realted field

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
fertilizer and pesticide, Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Only males are allowed to apply
3-5 years , particularly in fertilizer & pesticide sales operation.
Have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Have good communication, selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.
Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.
