Description

Developing the showroom operations that covers increasing cost-effective sales and minimizing expenses.
The showroom manager responsible for the profitability of plaza (St.).
Enhancing showroom operational activities, customer convincing skill development of sales executive.
Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
Performing showroom level support functions including customer service scheduling day to day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Create sub-dealers for plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
To operate customized software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily basis.
Manage crisis Situation.
Optimizing work force for service excellence.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Candidates must be proficient in motorcycling with valid license.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills both Bengali and English.
Good Leadership skill.
Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
Capable to operate outlook, Microsoft office, e-communication and internet browsing.
