Description

Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
Responsible to meet the company sales and profit target with proper planning.
Develop self and team KPI, follow up and monitoring it respectively.
Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Manage Sales & Marketing team and provide training and coaching to develop leadership.
To look after Customer quarries, Product promotion activities, counseling with client, arrange Sales Meeting, retail visit with team member, Daily Sales Reporting to Top Management.
Build an effective relationship with the Customers and maintain Client Database.
Regular follow-up with existing & potential clients.
Provide monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales & marketing related report/statement to higher authority.
Collect competitor activities and promotional offer information and inform to the management.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Any other task as and when assigned by the authority.

Educational Qualification:

MBA / M. Com (Major in Marketing)
Minimum 15 Years of relevant Experience in related area in a reputed organization including 3 years` in similar position.

Experience Requirements

At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 40 to 45 years
