• Meet and greet customers who attend the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide first rate customer service.
• Ensuring customer service & satisfaction
• Provide detailed answers to questions about products, pricings, and details.
• Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
• Assist customers face to face, on the telephone and by email with a range of sales and after sales queries.
