Job Responsibilities
This is a target oriented senior management position and the suitable candidate should have proven track experience in similar industry.

• To lead the sales team by monitoring day to day activities of sales people.
• To work for ensuring the company’s overall sales goal.
• To deal with the Customers to meet their requirements.
• To generate sales with existing customers and develop new customer for extension of market share.
• To have the analytical power for the trend of Lubricants oil market for strategical decision.
• To conduct time to time market survey for understanding of market demand.
• To monitor team’s performance and motivating them to achieve the sales targets.
• To assist management for executing Marketing & Sales plans and managing operational activities.
• Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years experience in similar position.

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply.

Job Location
This is a head office based position but may require to travel time to time on demand.
