Description

Maintain all tasks related to customs and bond activities
Uphold a strong liaison with the customs office and other government bodies related to customs and bond
Ensure BTB L/C opening, import documents checking, and necessary works to in-house the consignment on time
Manage different types of licenses for bond and bond customs
Maintain In-Bond as per Bill of entry, Mushok-11 and collect Mushok-11 from local suppliers, and maintain Ex-bond after issuance of UP
Manage UP issues and maintain smooth export operation as per Customs Bond
Prepare import and export statements smoothly from time to time for bond customs purposes
Maintain all documents for Customs Bond Audit and renewal of the license
Ensure submission of professional reports on all kinds of commercial activities as on demand by the management
Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor

Educational Qualification:

Masters/ Bachelors in any subject from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Tannery/Footwear

Additional Requirements

Age 26 to 35 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Must have sound knowledge about import-export related activities of the Commercial department
Must have sound knowledge about bonded warehouse/ customs management rules regarding customs, bond, UP, customs compliance, etc.
Very good typing skills in Bangla
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
Analytical, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to handle difficult situations and meet the deadline
Work under huge pressure and achieve goal
