Description

S/he will develop a training plan for the project participants and staff.
S/he will perform and conduct training/capacity building activities at the office and field level and engage and contact resource person (where applicable) on the relevant capacity building activities in the Project;
S/he will follow up the trained objects with the project participants and staffs;
S/he will develop training module/manual to train the project participants.

Educational Qualification:

Masters with 3-5 years’ experience in training and development in NGO sector;

Additional Requirements

Age at most 45 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Good command both in English & Bangla;
Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application;
Willing to stay field office area.
